1. About These Terms
This website is run by Voyage Queens (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting or buying from our store, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Who Can Buy
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.

3. Products and Descriptions
We work hard to show our products accurately, including photos, colors, and scent notes. Screens vary, and scents smell different on different people, so results may differ slightly. We may update or remove products at any time.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in USD unless the checkout shows otherwise.
  • Prices can change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when you order.
  • If a price is clearly a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We don’t store your card details.

5. Layaway (Pay-in-Parts) Orders
Some orders may be paid in installments through our layaway option. The buyer may cancel their Lay-Buy order at any time prior to delivery of products and on delivery of products if the products are damaged by so advising seller in writing or if seller agrees, orally.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen with carriers, customs, or weather. Please see our Shipping Policy for details. You are responsible for entering a correct delivery address. 

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Your Account
If you create an account, keep your login private. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

9. Acceptable Use
Please don’t:

  • Use the site for anything illegal
  • Try to hack, scrape, or disrupt the site
  • Copy or reuse our photos, text, or branding without permission
  • Place orders using stolen cards or false information

We may refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect misuse or fraud.

10. Our Content
The Voyage Queens name, logo, text, and design belong to us. Please don’t copy or reuse them without written permission.

11. Product Safety
Fragrance and beauty products may cause reactions in some people. Check the ingredients and patch test first. Stop using a product if irritation occurs, and consult a doctor if needed. Keep fragrance away from children, eyes, flames, and heat.

12. Limits of Liability
We provide the site and products “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or incidental losses. Our total responsibility for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer.
